Another year has passed....

As you can see, we are busy with our website again.
Again we changed the lay out of our website.
We hope you like it.

And of course we like it if you come back later to see the finall result!

November 23th 2008

Today we had the first snow of the year (hopefully not the last), and it was
a lot of snow. So we went outside with the dogs.
They had a lot of fun in snow.
You can see the pictures in the Gallery.
We also made a movie. The movie comes online later this week.

We have made the hard decision not to breed
with our Jinaki.
 

November 1st 2008

This weekend we spend the weekend with the parents of Joyce.
At Saturday we enterd the CAC/CACIB show in Bleiswijk (NL).
Jinaki entered the intermediate class with 6 bitches total.
Only 3 bitches achieved an Excellent.
Jinaki was one of them and was placed 3th EXCELLENT.
We were very happy with this, because we didn't think that
Jinaki was the type of the judge. Most of the time he
placed bigger and stronger bitches.
We got a very nice judge report with only 1 point of critique.

Jambo also had a nice time today.
He hugged with al the people.
And everybody is in love with him.
After the show, Jambo always got his own moment with Joyce in the ring,
and today we made a little movie of it.

We did not made the movie better, because we are not home at the moment.
Tomorrow we wil end this weekend with a great visit, at the beach.
Hope the weather is good, to make a lot of pictures and movies.

October 25th 2008

WOW Jinaki is doing very well at the moment.
Today we enterd the CAC/CACIB show in Utrecht (NL).
Jinaki enterd intermediate Class en became 2nd EXCELLENT!
But that wasn't all, she also became 2nd BEST BITCH and received
the RES. CAC and RES. CACIB.
Judge was Mrs. M. van Brempt from Belgium.
So we started today with the first litlle point for Dutch Champion.
Let's hope there will follow more.

We didn't had the time last week to update our website.
So we also have to say Jinaki achieved a 3th place with a
Very Good the second day at Lausanne (Switzerland).

And VERY IMPORTANT news!!!!!
At October 20th our Big Boy Jambo became
3!!!! years old.
Happy Birthday my friend!!
We hope to have your joy and love around us for many many more years!!!

October 18th 2008

At this moment we are in Switzerland with Jambo and Jinaki.
We are entering the CAC/CACIB show in Lausanne with Jinaki.
Well today was the first day and we have great news!

Jinaki was 2nd with an Excellent in intermediate class and
received the Reserve CAC.
Judge was Mrs. Roser from France.
Of course we are happy with this result again.

Let's hope for a great result tomorrow again.

October 11th 2008

Today we had to wake up at 4.30 am, because we planned a trip
to the CAC/CACIB show in Charleroi (B) with our good friends
Wendy and Micha and their dog Kijani.
Kijnai and Jinaki entered the show today.

Of course we hoped for the best result.
But when we saw the bitches in Jinaki's class, we didn't expect
anything. Five beautiful bitches where in the ring.

Jinaki showed herself very nice today.
And the result was there.
Jinaki achieved the 1st place with an EXCELLENT!!!

So we had to go back for best bitch.
And she also became BEST BITCH!

So today Jinaki achieved her first
CAC and also her fisrt CACIB!
Wow that feels so great!

Again she had to go back in the ring for the BOB.
She was in the ring with the best male, the veteran male and the youth bitch.
The selection for the BOB placement was between Jinaki and the best male.
In the movement, the male was better, so he became BOB.

We are very proud of this result.
And like some friends said, winning your first CAC/CACIB is a special feeling.
And that is really true!!!

It was a long and nice day.
But when we arrived at home, Jambo and Jinaki fell asleep immediatly.
And this is how Jinaki sleeps....

After a long time of searching, we finally know how
it works.
So you can see a litlle video, of the clubshow in Orlik (CZ).
This is the 1st round of the competition for best mover.

September 28th 2008

Today Jinaki and Joyce have entered the CAC/CACIB show
in Maastricht.
Jinaki achieved 3th place with an Excellent.
So we are happy again!

September 27th 2008

Like you can see, we already changed a lot at our website.
There where a couple things we didn't like at the website, so we
changed it again.

We have also deceided to build only an english website.
So we are still working, to make a better and nicer website.

We also added some new shows for Jinaki. The last shows
for this year. Yes it's almost 2009!
It's going so fast.

We try to make our website better step by step.
Everyday there is new stuff to watch.
We have also a guestbook now!

September 15th 2008

At Thursday we started a trip to Czech Republik with Jambo and Jinaki.
The reason of this trip was the Rhodesian Ridgeback clubshow.
Friday at 2 am we arrived at our hotel in Orlik, the place where also the show was.
Esther, Ilse and Ingri arrived a couple hours later also.
We spend a house with them.
Friday night was a very nice and late evening.

But at Saturday the real job started.
The first showday, Jinaki enterd the intermediateclass with 16 other bitches.
Judge was breedspecialist, mrs. Rosemary Green from Australia.
Jinaki achieved a very good, because her ridge is not symmetric. 
It was a nice experiance to see and enter the competition for best head
and best mover.
It was the first time for us to see this.
In both competitions Jinaki didn't achieved
a placement.

Sunday was a much better day for us.
Today Jinaki was etered in intermediate class, and again there
where 16 other bitches in her class.
Judge was breedspecialist, mrs. Linda Costa, also from Australia.
Togheter with 7 other bitches, Jinaki achieved an Excellent.
So we had to go back in the ring for the placements.
Finally Jinaki gained a 4th! place!!
We are very happy with this result!

We hade a great weekend!
With results to be proud of!

We made the first steps for our new website.
